Our sourdough is 100% authentic, naturally fermented, and hand-crafted in small batches using organic flour and time-honored techniques—no commercial yeast, ever.
Every loaf is available by pre-order in any flavor, and any flavor can also be made focaccia-style. Our focaccia loaves are made with a blend of organic unbleached white flour and locally milled whole wheat, generously rubbed with olive oil for a soft, flavorful crumb and golden crust.

Each week, subscribers reserve 5 pint bottles for $25 (a $30 value) and get first pick of available flavors. You’ll receive a weekly email with the current flavor lineup so you can select your favorites in advance.

About the owner
I’m Devon—fermented foodie, overzealous homesteader, backyard climate activist, and owner of Basil & Blossom Co. Named after our first goats, Basil and Blossom, this community kombucha kitchen grew from my transition out of corporate life and into a more intentional, earth-centered way of living. Here at the kombucha kitchen, I craft small batch kombucha and fermented foods, offer goat yoga as a fun way to reconnect with nature, and help build a more local, resilient food system one bottle at a time.
