Every loaf is available by pre-order in any flavor, and any flavor can also be made focaccia-style. Our focaccia loaves are made with a blend of organic unbleached white flour and locally milled whole wheat, generously rubbed with olive oil for a soft, flavorful crumb and golden crust.
