Join Devon Ballard-Hudson of Basil and Blossom Co on Sunday, March 29th, from 3-5pm at the Kombucha Kitchen for a hands-on Beginner Sourdough Workshop where we’ll demystify the magic of wild fermentation and bake bread the way nature intended.
Using the on-site kitchen, she’ll guide you through each step of the sourdough process—from maintaining a healthy starter to pulling your very first golden, crusty boule from the oven. We’ll sample fresh bread while taking the mystery out of sourdough once and for all!
You’ll leave with:
- Your own bubbly sourdough starter
- A sourdough cheat sheet
- The confidence to bake incredible bread at home
NOTE: FOR THE MOST HANDS ON EXPERIENCE, BRING YOUR OWN MEDIUM MIXING BOWL AND A STIRRING UTENSIL SUCH AS A RUBBER SPATULA OR A WOODEN SPOON.
